When my job forced me to move my family across the country, my teenage son didn't adapt very well. He resented me for choosing my job over his school and his friends. It made things very challenging for the entire family. After trying to deal with things without any assistance for a few months, I finally got smart and reached out to a counselor for help with my son. The first few visits weren't easy to get him to go to, but after that, things seemed to turn around. I am amazed at what an improvement I have seen in my son.
